Hey Y'all!
We're The Davidsons, a large-ish homeschool family in Texas. Like most families, we love home and finding ways to keep it cozy, hygge, snug, comfy- whatever you want to call it.
Where the heck did Woobie Jar come from?
A woobie technically is a military blanket liner, but in the 80s the term became popular with the movie Mr. Mom.
A certain family member at that time carried around his woobie like Linus from Charlie Brown.
A Woobie in our house is any comfort item, or, yep, the coin jar. When we were deciding on our Etsy store name, Woobie Jar was born. When we discovered woven blankets, it fit even more perfectly.
